Terms & Conditions

These rules shall be governed by the Elite Athlete Personal Training LLC (EAPT) terms and conditions, which are incorporated by reference and together these rules and the terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement.

GENERAL TERMS:

• The client is signing up for a ‘pay as you go’ based service.

• EAPT may add, change or alter services or products from time to time and if the Client is impacted by

any of these changes EAPT will notify the Client at their registered email address.

• The ‘pay as you go’ service will be charged on the starting day of the package until the end of the 30-

day period the Client is signing up for.

• By completing the payment, the Client is consenting and authorizing EAPT to debit the amount of the

selected package via their third party payment gateway – the Client’s credit card details could be stored

with the third-party payment company and the Client is responsible to review their Privacy Policy

separately.

• The Client is responsible to providing EAPT with a current, valid, accepted method of payment. In order

to make a payment, the Client will be re-directed to a third party provider’s website. You are required to

review and agree to the third party provider’s terms and conditions.

• Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the Client via their email

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• The Client can pause their trainings for a maximum period of 3 weeks due to illness, injury or travel

reasons. Kindly refer to our Freeze Policy below, if the request relates to pausing trainings.

• When choosing a ‘pay as you go’ package, the Client can select 8,12,16 or 20 sessions per month.

• The Client must complete the usage of the sessions purchased within 30 days of the payment date.

• Sessions which are not conducted within the 30-days period will expire and not be carried over into the

next month.

• EAPT is following a 12-hour cancellation policy – the Client will be charged the session if they cancel the

session within 12-hour prior to the session. The Client will not be charged if they provide a minimum of

12-hours’ prior notice, in which case the session will be credited back to the Client’s package.

• Providing an early cancellation notice can be made by contacting the EAPT’s Coach directly, or the

Customer Service at +971 585188180.

• Similarly to a late cancellation request, the Client will automatically be charged at full cost for no-show

appointments.

FREEZE PACKAGE:

• The Client can pause their trainings for a maximum period of 3 weeks due to illness, injury or travel

reasons.

• The Client can freeze their package per above reasons by sending an email to

info@eliteathleteuae.com at least 48 hours prior to freezing the package stating the reason for the freeze.

• No sessions shall be conducted within the freeze period.

• Should an allocated Trainer travel during the term of the package, the Client will be offered the option to

either freeze the package until their Trainer returns or continue their training with an alternative Trainer.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

• The Client may have multiple active packages per account.

• Training packages cannot be shared, transferred or sold for cash for any reason.

• The company reserves the right to pause or cancel Clients’ package at any time for any reason it deems

appropriate without prior notice to the Client.

• There are strictly no refunds allowed for packages purchased by Clients.
